Prices vary on speed and urgency, but our shipping costs start at £4 for the UK and £15 for international.
We accept PayPal, all major credit and debit cards and BACS.
Our delivery schedule is 14-31 business days after artwork approval, this does not include shipping time, which will vary from location to location.
Shipping in the UK takes 1-3 business days, Worldwide varies on option selected at check out. Tracking is provided for every order.
Please send us an email with as many images, the reason you’re unhappy and as much description as possible. Please be aware, that we do not refund on defects or issues, we simply allow you to keep them and sell them for a lesser cost than usual. Seconds (A/B/C grades) are common within enamel pins as there is sometimes an error margin of up to 10% of the order. If it is more than 10% please email, and we will see what we can do to rectify this issue. Anything more than 50% defects, we can arrange a replacement, and a return of the defects (or you can keep for a fee which is discussed at the time issues arise)
We will process your artwork within 7 business days, and we will then return it to you for a visual sign off. At this point all liability falls on yourself to make sure colours, lines and any issues are correct. Sometimes there may be some variances between artwork submitted to ourselves and artwork received back. So please do check it completely, as any issues are unable to be rectified without cost once order placed and confirmed.
Put simply, no. Customs is payable by the receiver for importing an item in to their respective property. We will be unable to assist with refunds, credits or costs associated with import and vat.
