Hi all,

It’s been a hot minute eh? Believe it or not - I’m still here. Still trying, and still doing what I can.

I have recently upgraded the website (again, shocker) and started using our email marketing software a bit better to try and be more proactive.

I find business being difficult, things out of my control, in my control - I won’t lie and pretend that I’ve even close to got this figured out after nearly 8 years in the business.

Cost of customers is expensive, cost of items and stuff in general is expensive, when it’s a choice between surviving or making stuff - we know we aren’t a priority, and that’s ok.

We don’t have an advertising budget, and Instagram will probably show this to like 8 people.

I am going to make more of an effort sharing items we’ve made albeit in the past, currently and more.

I want to thank you for all your support and help, and hopefully we can ride out this storm together.

If you have any projects, big or small, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I hope everyone is doing good?

Things have been a bit slow, I went back on my promise of updating more - but as things go direct I rarely have images of finished items (outside of factory pics) - and I don’t have any beautiful pins to take pictures of any more.

But it’s all excuses - as I have thousands of pins I could use here.

Motivation is waning, and whilst I’m lucky that PinPals has very few overheads - with slowing sales, it’s getting to the point where closing the doors might seem like a viable option.

I started PinPals in 2017, made pins for lots of amazing companies, from small start ups to huge corporations, schools to hospitals, charity runs to gaming conventions - and I’ve made real friends a long the way.

I’m not saying I am closing yet, but with the amount of orders coming through the doors - it’s almost worth just sending you direct.

I’ll keep an eye on things, and I’m doing some more content for the website.

After months of beavering away in the background, I have finally updated and migrated the website to a new host and a new platform. This gives me more opportunities to make the website more flexible and to make changes to make your lives easier.

The website has visible pricing - bigger sizing and quantities, artwork upload and view in cart.
We now have a status tracker - from artwork, to QC you will receive emails at every step of the journey.
Order tracking once shipped - see where it is at all times.
Support / live chat / ticketed supports - no more missed emails or things going wayward. Everything will now be in conversation view - this will now assist with emails being intermittent.
